Payment Policy

Our delivery drivers do not carry more $20 in change. If you require more change please note it in the delivery instructions. We do Not accept business or personal checks any longer. If you choose to pay by credit card/ debit card, we require an imprint of the card upon delivery. Therefore, we require the customer physically has possession of the card upon delivery. If you have further questions on our payment policy, please feel free to call us.

Delivery Policy

$15.00 minimum food order for delivery, not including tip.  Our delivery hours are 11:00 AM to 9:15 PM Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 AM to 9:45 PM Friday and Saturday. Our delivery range extends west to the fish hatchery and does not go past Catron Blvd. It extends east to Rapid Valley, but does not extend to Box Elder exits 63 and beyond. Please note what part of town you are located in (section i.e. West side, New Robbinsdale, Rapid Valley) on the delivery instructions section. Please include the name of your business or the name of your apartment complex if it is applicable. This will allow us to be more efficient on your delivery and helps us avoid delays. Please allow approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for delivery. Those areas that are at the end of our delivery range, please allow an additional 10 minutes. Dishes such as fried dumplings may also require an extra 10 minutes for delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by inclement weather. Food will be delivered to your door as "ready to eat"(Warm to Cold). Due to the nature of business, our products will lose temperature as time is spent outside of restuarant (we do not guarantee the temperature of food, and do not issue refund or replacement meal due to the temperature issue). ***Return and refund***

Your food must be returned to the restaurant to process refund or remake order/item on the same day you order by yourself (driver pick up will create addtional charge). We will decide the portion of food you return and refund/remake according to the same amount. please do not discard to ask for a refund or remake.

***Extra Fees***

You will be charged for an extra fee without our possible notice when we are busy IF you request extra or customized vegetables, meats, sauce, or other substitution. Please call us to inquire for your substitution fee.
